Welcome to Gevbiz, a SaaS-based ERP solution provided by Gevinst Technologies Private Limited, Chennai. By accessing or using Gevbiz, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Gevinst Technologies Private Limited.

  • "Product" refers to Gevbiz, the all-in-one SaaS ERP software.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Gevbiz.

  • "Services" refer to the features and functionalities provided by Gevbiz, including CRM, HRM, Project Management, Accounting, and POS.

2. User Accounts & Registration

  1. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  2. The account owner is responsible for all activities associated with their account.

  3. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

  4. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious or fraudulent activities.

3. Subion & Payment

  1. Gevbiz operates on a subion-based model with different pricing plans.

  2. Payments must be made as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  3. Subion fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

  4. The company reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.

4. Use of Services

  1. Users must comply with all applicable laws while using Gevbiz.

  2. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or modification of the software is prohibited.

  3. Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the platform's functionality.

  4. The company is not responsible for any third-party integrations or external services used with Gevbiz.

5. Data Privacy & Security

  1. Gevbiz follows strict security protocols to protect user data.

  2. User data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  3. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

  1. We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime but may conduct maintenance with prior notice.

  2. The company is not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Regular updates and enhancements may be deployed to improve system performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Gevbiz.

  2. Users agree to use Gevbiz at their own risk and accept that results may vary based on usage.

8. Termination & Suspension

  1. Users may terminate their subion anytime by following the cancellation process.

  2. The company may suspend or terminate accounts for violating terms, misuse, or non-payment.

  3. Upon termination, user data may be retained for a limited period before permanent deletion.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. Gevbiz and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Gevinst Technologies Private Limited.

  2. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gevbiz for business operations.

  3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of the software is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
